Avocado Chickpea Mash

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 an avocado
Salt & Pepper to taste
1tsp minced garlic
1/4 of a lemon juiced
Red onion (as much as you want)
Parsley
Bread ( I gf protein bread from Costco!! & I used one slice but you can use 2)
Instructions:
1. Mash all ingredients together
2. Toast bread and put mash on it
3. You can add lettuce and tomatoes too if you want!!
