Peanut Butter Oat Cups(No Bake)

Ingredients

Base:

2 cups quick-cooking oats

½ cup honey

⅓ cup all-natural, creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup chopped peanuts

2 teaspoons water


Chocolate layer:

6 oz. df sugar-free dark chocolate

2 teaspoons coconut oil


PB layer:

½ cup all-natural, creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon coconut oil

¼ cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Line a metal muffin pan with paper liners

2. First, make the oat layer. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup and firmly press them into the cup

3. Melt the chocolate layer and scoop 2 teaspoons of the melted chocolate and add it on top of the oat layer

4. Freeze for 15min

5. Melt the PB layer and add 2 teaspoons on top of each chocolate layer

6. Top with a few chocolate chips

7. Freeze for 1-2 hours & remove from liners and store in the freezer!
